Spent £42 on a large bunch of Roses & Lilys for my wife for valentines day plus a box of chocolates
What I got was a small bunch of flowers, Roses looked as though they were a couple of days old and 2 lilys. And no chocolates
Might as well gone to tescos and purchased 3 bunches and a box of chocolates and spent less
The annoying thing is, when phone customer service at B&M to be told that their flower service is nothing to do with them although the same company is wrong
Getting nowhere with emailing my complaint
