This was my first time using B&M flowers, they arrived by post in sturdy box. on opening they were well wraped and supported to keep the fresh.
I was really pleased with the service , price and delivery, my only gripe is I would have preferred a better mixture of colours, the ones I received tended to be more of 1 colour.
