Flowers delivered on time but my message was not placed on the card so our Auntie didn’t know who had sent. Complained but b&m were adamant no message was entered. I can 100 per cent state it was and we checked for no typos but still told I’m wrong. Not impressed at all not delivered the whole service we paid for. B&m need to check their system and take customers word something wrong at their end. No part refund even offered!
