While my recipient loved the flower/plant - this is the second time I have sent flowers via B&M and the message I carefully composed has not been pulled through on the order. I reported this the second time today to a customer service agent James c who replied several times to tell me there had been no message they could see. This I know but yet I know I put a message so i think it is a technical glitch. I also had the same issue with the third of three bunches of flowers in July but same thing - no we didn't get the message but I know 100 percent I wrote it in the field available. I would like for B&M tech team to see if there is an issue with the message field as that is twice my typed message has not been pulled through to the order.
