I inputted messages for the message cards when placing 3 orders of flowers. Only 1 out of 3 of the confirmation emails included a message, so I immediately contacted customer service to resolve. They did nothing to help, and even the order with the message acknowledged didn't arrive with the message card! So that's £45 worth of flowers going to the recipients anonymously because of a total failure to include the messages that I inputted when ordering. Absolutely useless. Customer service were just and disappointing and frustrating as the product service. No compensation offered. Will not be ordering again. Go with somewhere more reliable.
