I have ordered from B and M flowers on numerous occasions for friends and they have always been pleased with the flowers. However this is the fourth occasion the message card was sent blank. i had entered my message when i ordered the flowers but it was omitted for some reason. This does make it difficult for the recipient and for that reason i always check now with my friends to make sure there is a message card and as previously stated this has not always been so.. At Christmas for instance i sent 3 lots of flowers but only 2 arrived with message cards. Although this is annoying I shall continue to use B and M flowers as the flowers are good value. despite my concerns re the message card.
