Terrible service. I never received my flowers and yet you ask me to review my experience. Is this a joke to you?
I ordered flowers on Monday the 15th and they never arrived and your customer service never provided any reasonable explanation. I actually found the staff quite rude and dismissive. Won’t be ordering again!! I hope I receive my refund as per my request!!
