Prompt delivery, flowers beautifully packaged and included a care leaflet and a packet of flower food. Lilies are fabulous, roses are gorgeous color but look to be going over quickly, which is a shame as only had them 3 days. Still think I would order from B&M Flowers again though as overall am pleased with them.
