I have never had an issue with the flowers or delivery before until now. My aunt received her flowers 3 days late and the flowers had all started to droop and had started to Wilt. Some of the heads had also came off the flowers.
I am so angry and disappointed what should have been a loving gesture and a birthday treat has turned out to be the complete opposite 😡
