There was a problem with my last order as the money came out on my credit card however, I never received an order confirmation email and my mother never received her flowers. B&M did deal with the issue promptly and issue a refund. I am hopeful there will be no issues with this order and am happy with what I have ordered. Great little add on gifts too.
