I went to collect an item straight from work got there 10 mins before the shop closed but a few of the shop assistants at Stechford were rude ushering me to hurry and made me feel uncomfortable, i ended up spending £72 because i had something reserved when i called previously and I was told they couldn't hold it another day. I probably wouldn't have spent so much if
i knew that their customer service would be so poor.
