I went to my local branch of b & m this morning (Newcastle -under-Lyme ) looking for a chest of drawers ( millbrook). I wanted them for my daughters bedroom. Not finding any on the shelves, I asked an assistant if she could help. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Looking out the back on today’s delivery, advising me about other stores. Which I really appreciated. I wish I’d taken note of her name. Great service.
