Extremely poor communication and customer service when trying to warn company of HAZARDOUS PRODUCT with huge FIRE RISK.
Hours spent trying to warn customer service of faulty product.Finaly after 3 days I received a very poor e-mail response not addressing the issue containing neither concern for me nor future customers , no action to address dangerous faulty product.
