i recently visited the B&M store in Burton on trent on two occasions when i needed compost and another gardening item and l was approached by the gentleman who works in the garden centre section of the store. who asked me if l needed any help and he proceeded to search the store for an item that l couldnt find and on the second visit i asked him to help me with the compost and he carried the large bag of compost to my car. i believe that his name is Frank and l commend him for brilliant customer service a lovely person who clearly enjoys helping customers
