My first time in the Strood branch as I don't often go out due to health reasons and struggle with doing simple things. Shelly French you were amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. You smiled throughout and helped with whatever you could at the time and for me you gave more than 100% . For you it might be normal thinking "I am doing my job" but it means a lot to people like myself. Thankyou so much you are amazing.
