I returned a bath rack today to your Easterhouse store . I explained politely too big for my bath , to be told by assistant “ it fits my bath “ then got asked what kind of bath do you have? I said a normal bath ! I object to be getting questioned about a genuine return with receipt ! Customer service absolutely shocking from the bath Police 👮♀️! I will not shop in this store again
