Megan from Dover honey wood Whitfield was a very helpful lovely member of staff I showed her a product number she got her machine typed number in & explained that's a old number but found me the same product just different packaging she even opened it to see if it matched the picture I had taken & it was what I wanted,we then chatted for a while,& had a really lovely random conversation we even had a few laughs I have never seen this young lady before but what a true credit to B & M thanks Megan for making my shopping experience supreme & making my day with your outstanding help
