The paint I was buying had been put in the wrong place
So the price was wrong
When I got to the til I was surprised to be charged more than double
When I went back to check it a member of staff ran in front of me and started to move it all
While telling me it's normal for them to move product to the wrong place when one product has sold out
She spoke to me in a condescending way and said I should have read the label [the tiny writing on the price label]
Then later when we got home my sons told me she had told them off more than once
They were understandably getting a bit fed up waiting around
This lady is well known for being awful with customers
I reported this to B&M who said they will feed this back
That's it! Photos were sent to B&M of the paint and receipt they have done absolutely nothing about it
