Discusting I bought something for £3 that was useless. Couldn't find my receipt but had my proof of purchase, as stated in the terms and conditions of refunds , the rude supervise told me to wait 30 mins in the store whilst he found my receipt, even though I had a bank statement showing I had spent over £33, was really rude to me, I asked for his name and he said he didnt have to give me it, then I noticed his name was on his top,he then gave me customer service number,(even the women on the till said this isn't normally how we work) by this time I was losing the will after trying to get a refund in store for a £3 item (yes all this for £3), i called customer service took them 20 mins to find it, then sent me my recipt in an email to go into store for a refund.( I'd just been in a bloody store) I asked for my inconvenience would I get a good will she said no. I will no longer shop with this joke of a company who doesn't care less about customers, making a disabled lady wait 30 mins in store to be told I can't have a £3 refund when the item has b and m wrote on it by a rude man, to call customer service to be sent it in an email and to have to go into store again. Screw you b and m I will never shop with you again and look at your reviews i am not alone and it shows your lack of care for your customers.
