Shopping in your store and happened to want the toilet. I can’t understand why you won’t let customers use this facility when you have it. Yes we are going through a pandemic but what harm would it do to let customers use your facility in a safe way. This is a basic human need and it’s disgusting that you don’t let customers use it. It could be managed so that customers could use them. Toilets are a necessity. I appreciate you are not using your cafe that’s understandable but come on it’s 2020 You have toilets so put them in use.
