Today was a great experience at B&M in Shawlands, Glasgow. I was welcomed by a smart, friendly young man who offered to keep my personal shopping trolley for me until I had completed my purchases. The girl at the till point was also smiling and friendly. The young man brought me my trolley. I went out feeling so happy with my shopping trip today. Thank you B&M Shawlands.
