My X3 is due for its first service so I used the app to get a service price of £372, when I called my local garage they quoted £435. So, I called around all my local BMW dealers and got app prices ranging from £347 to £365, I called each of them and got prices ranging from £384 to £423.
I called BMW UK and was told the dealerships can charge whatever they like. I am surprised BMW UK are not actively looking after their customers by ensuring fair and consistent pricing
