My car has been damaged during the EGR recall. Im experiencing a swirl flap fault on my BMW G30 after BMW replaced the EGR, it's likely that the process of removing and reinstalling the EGR system disturbed carbon buildup on the swirl flaps, causing them to stick or malfunction, leading to a potential performance issue and engine warning lights; this is a common problem with BMWs, especially when dealing with the EGR system due to the high carbon deposits that accumulate in the intake manifold. This is a serious issue and I have been advised it can damage/affect the engine of the vehicle - subsequently they want £1400 to repair a fault that they have caused. Bandits
