The service has broken my front windscreen and are asking me to use my insurance to pay for it, offering to pay the excess !!??
From a very nice car and first time experiencing BMW service "Rybrook" suddenly the country side garages rise to much higher level.
Custommer service are not even able to estimate time to give a return.
