Matt was certainly helpful in returning and providing me with a refund. I was really disappointed with the quality of the racks after waiting 3 weeks to receive the racks the pine wood was split. After assembling the racks they felt inherently unstable and I had absolutely no confidence that x8 of my boards would be safe in the racks/ hence I returned them as I was absolutely not happy with the freestanding design or quality of the rack to remain upright
