I have been boating all my life and still learned things from the course...however, because my computer is slow...it took me almost 8 hrs to complete the course...and this is not as advertised...in fact at no time was it clearly stated that the online course was mandatory.
I had spent 3 evenings studying the book preparing to take the test. I then spent 2 more evenings doing the course and test.
I don't own a boat. I did this to take my elderly parents out in their boat.
