I have been cruising medium-sized sailboats for 35 years. Noticed several minor errors, mainly overgeneralization in small power-boat operations. However my major beef is that while I could have challenged the exam (but learned one thing: *16/#16 for emergency on cell phone), the timers on each page were very cumbersome. They made me waste time/multi-task to minimize wasted time. Get rid of them
I also didn't like that while I was given a grade on the unit tests, I wasn't shown where any errors were so that I could review material. Didn't really matter as I scored (as expected) 96% in less than 15 minutes, but that's really bad instructional design.
