Absolutely brutal format. The time spent on each page is mandatory. Be prepared to spend literally a full day trying to complete this course, waiting for each page to count down its timer, second by agonizing second, before you can move on to the next page, each of which can be read in seconds. It's an incredibly paternalistic and stupid design. The quizzes are focused on completely arbitrary information ("what governmental agency regulates the requirements for life preservers?" Gosh I wonder.) Save yourself from this hell and look elsewhere.
