Took the course. Unable to take the exam even after multiple attempts. It doesn't connect to the Transport Canada site and then it times out saying I failed the attempt. Custer service email does not work and the tech support phone line glitches, and even when I do get through to the automated attendant, no one answers. Do not take this course. Find another provider.
