Hello
I am Marine Chief Engineer on large ocean going container vessels. I pass the course for fun and for having license for enjoyment. Course is good but I like to mention some point of view:
This kind of course should be a combination of theoretical and practical session not only theoretical. People try to pass course and they think they are boat operator and put themselves and others in trouble.
I guess in some way people should try driving boat and then get certificate.
