The course goes into a lot of detail for someone who wishes to simply operate a pleasure craft at the "cabin." Will never see any of these buoys....
There were a few snags during the quizzes, when it wouldn't continue on to the next question, saying I couldn't skip questions.....
Overall, very good learning though!!
