Boat Smart book is good.
I was not aware that the on line completion of modules was mandatory. I studied the book throughly, completed all the modules and tests but then wasn’t allowed th write the test.
Forced to spend close to 4 hours going through everything a second time.
Wasted a lot of time as a result!
Very frustrating!
