There was helpful info in the course but it made me stay on the page for far too long wasting my time after I had already read the material. Perhaps the idea is to have a person forced to spend a certain number of hours on the course but it was so frustrating I just emailed people while I waited for it to time out. My time is precious and I could have been done in half the time.
