the information I learned is valuable & wish I had taken this many, many years ago, however it did not exist at that time. The study guide is very important, and should be incorporated into the course cost, so everyone receives it. It is a good reference, as no one is going to remember all the info provided during the course, however as a reference book, it can be on board the pleasure craft if needed.
