Some information was not relevant.
This is just a money grab by our government.
The Boat Smart card should be geared to the length of boat that one will be sailing.
Example:Big difference between a 20' boat versus a 50' boat.
Our boat will not be sailing in Lake Ontario orthe St. Lawrence.
