Should be different classes of licences available like there is with motor vehicles. All I am wanting, is to operate a 12' aluminium boat which will occasionally have on it a small electric motor. This will be used on small interior fishing lakes .Lots of the info will never apply.
Also, if its all about safety..it seems bizarre to me that a person can not go back to see which question was answered wrong. It may be the information that one day I need to save a fellow boaters life, or my own.
