After having operated a boat as a young man, it was refreshing to take the Pleasure Craft Operators Course and reinforce so many of the rules that I remembered. It was also educational and impactful, as it taught me many new things I wasn't aware of, and brought me up-to-date with new legislation and safety measures. Thank you BOATsmart!
