I found the BOATsmart online course very informative, however, it took me too long to complete. I spend approximately 5 hours completeing the training, even though it only says it was 3.5 hours. The test took me less that 15 minutes. I believe that this program would be better if the online pre test course was shorter and less repetitive. Thanks.
