It didn't Your website needs work It hangs up too much. It does not interface easily. There is no review section after each quiz to let you know where you have been incorrect. There are questions on the government exam that aren't covered in the training. The training is not seamless i.e. the topics and the arrangement of them are out of sync with the quiz questions. More to the point, when talking rules and regulations , the training material is not precise enough. That being said, it was good enough to qualify me for my PCOC. Summary: Your course has potential to be outstanding but currently I would consider the delivery mediocre.
