Overall the course was well done. I purchased the printed study guide prior to undergoing the on-line course/test. Unfortunately none of the "layar" links - pages would scan or work.
One area not covered that was on the test was lights used by fishing vessels ie:

Temp PCOC would not appear in Explorer 11. Had to use Chrome to retrieve the card to print.
