Extremely informative, been driving a boat for years, I knew a lot of the material but never knew who had right of way on the water, but didn't how or why they made these rules, like lighting, opposites attract!
Took me 3.5 hours to go through the whole course but well worth it, good graphics, video and narration.
With the way things are always changing I don't think a boat license should be for live, maybe just 10 years.
