Boated for decades, took honeymoon 30 years ago on a 40' Houseboat. Terrible at taking tests, I mean literally "Brain Dead". Waited almost 20 years to write the exam, although in 2009, I could have walked into a tent and walked out with my PCO Card in 20 minutes, like the rest of our clan. I found the tests/exam a lot harder than I thought. Was "SURPRISED" at a 96%, as I was prepared to accept a "FAIL". I read the Study Guide "Twice", took all the practice tests I could find, then picked BOATSmartExam.com - BEST DECISION EVER !
