The Boatsmart course was very thorough. It covered far more material than I was expecting it would, and this is better than not covering enough! Everything (and more) I needed to know to operate a 10 HP 16 foot fishing boat on northern Ontario lakes was covered in detail! You have to take notes and stay on your toes; the entire course, including quizzes and the final exam covers a lot of information. I completed it all in about 6 hours.
