I thought the information was mostly good; I'm not convinced of the value of knowing all the all the sources of legislation and regulations and there appear to be many of those. For those that are experienced boaters, or who have taken a course before, there is some repetition in the course material. And there is no option to go directly to quizzes and/or the test.
