The content was complete to PASS Exam. I would recommend everyone use this course.
I wish you'd get together with the States and create a one day class to get the Boaters Card.
everyone with a card can't retain 3% of the information needed to pass the exam. it took over 6 hours to go thru the modules. the material was great. I think the states have to loosen the process and make the process 1/10th as long.
