The staff at the Summerlin store were awesome however the sectional couch we purchased is all but falling apart and raggedy. It was delivered from the factory broken. Got that piece replaced and it's just uneven and loose . It is passed the first year but we will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Bob's again. The quality is horrible. I could have gotten a better couch from a second hand store. Lesson learned.
