"I had a terrible experience with some living room furniture for my new house. They came out numerous times to deliver my item. On 2 occasions the product had marks on it, one time a tear, 1 time no show, 1 time came but did not have product and also they sent wrong item 3 different times. This was all after it was inspected before delivery. All the deliveries had to be during the week because they only deliver to my area one day out of the week. You would think they would have worked more with the customer on this due to their error. Terrible service and cost me, the customer, money and time due to the insufficient deliveries and constantly having to communicate with the company via phone and in-sore to attempt to get the situation fixed. On one occasion the delivery driver called to get the situation fixed and he was spoken to very disrespectfully. They never fixed the situation and claimed they could not after their several mistakes. They just said something to the effect of we obviously just can't get it right. I ended up returning merchandise and eventually got refund which does not make up for the fact that I actually lost out and it actually cost me money by going to Bob's for my furniture. Quality of product was terrible as well. I also bought another piece of furniture that I unfortunately could not find elsewhere or I would have just taken that back as well out of principle. Will never go here again and I advise to stay away!!!!"
