“Ordered a reclining sofa and chair. The sofa was delivered but stopped working the same night and the recliner chair isn't scheduled to be delivered for another six weeks.... Hopefully the technician can fix the problem. Not a happy customer”
“I bought the Avenger leather sofa, the leather ripping already after 2 years, they talked me into their extra warranty for 5 years it sucks, the furniture cheap, no help from customer service. Go to Ashley's etc Bobs Furniture is horrible.”
“The staff at the Summerlin store were awesome however the sectional couch we purchased is all but falling apart and raggedy. It was delivered from the factory broken. Got that piece replaced and it's just uneven and loose . It is passed the first year but we will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Bob's again. The quality is horrible. I could have gotten a better couch from a second hand store. Lesson learned.”
“Delivered yesterday and when ordered told them no one would be home to just leave it by the garage. They called when they were there and said they couldn't and no one was home so they rescheduled for today after 4. They got there at 2:45...again....no one home. Had to get my son out of work to accept delivery.”
