Unacceptable service and total lack of accountability I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Bob’s Furniture Bay Plaza. They completely messed up the delivery address on my order, even though it was correct when I placed it. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was rude and flat-out refused to come back with the furniture, saying, “I’m not coming back.” No apology, no accountability—just pure disregard. Because of their mistake, my grandchild had to sleep on the floor for almost a week while we waited for a resolution that never came. I called the store and spoke with supervisors, but was told they had no control over the delivery because it’s handled by a third-party vendor. This is completely unacceptable. If you contract out your deliveries, you're still responsible for making it right. The supervisor who claimed he would personally handle the issue and call me back didn't even have the decency to follow through. Instead, he had someone else call me with no support, no resolution, and no plan to fix their error. Bob’s Furniture completely failed to deliver—not just the product, but basic customer service and decency. I’ll never shop here again, and I’d caution anyone who values reliable service to look elsewhere.

Went in store to get pre qualified...asked them about credit and how it works...I have a pretty high credit score and make payments on time. There is no way I should have been denied. The lady kept taking my id. I'm like I don't want my id shared or information. I got denied afterwards they wouldn't have anything to do with me after being denied. They didn't ask me if they could try other options. This experience was the worst. None the less, Ashley's approved me, should have went there first. Ashley's is better with reasonable prices. The prices at Bob's is not cheaper than Ashley's. I got treated way better there as well.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Bob's furniture, the quality of their furniture, and their "furniture insurance". We bought furniture from the and our couch broke within 6 months. We filed a claim with the insurance that we purchased from them just for them to NEVER get back to us with a conclusion as to whether they are going to fix or replace our couch. We tried calling them and all they could tell us was just file a claim again. We filed a claim once again just for them to respond with "We have attempted to process your furniture claim. However, we were unable to complete the process as damages you reported were already filed on a previous claim". Yes, we filed a previous claim but Bob's DID NOT get back to us regarding the claim and when we tried to get answers their answer was to just file a claim again. Now we are stuck with a broken couch that we are still paying for and a waste of insurance. We will NEVER purchase from Bob's again nor will we ever recommend them to anyone.

Was promised a delivery date just so he could make the sale, after paying and leaving, we get an email states sorry but can't deliver for another week, contact store manager, was promised my couch on delivery date, an hour later, again i got kicked off the delivery truck, they lie just to get the sale

Terrible customer service. Bought a couch 12 weeks ago and still don't have a working and put together couch. Someone came out 2 to fix the couch and they kept sending the wrong parts. Ordered new pieces so they could be exchanged and once they sent the wrong pieces and once the couch was damaged. You can never talk t9 the same people and the local store is not helpful. Anetra, manager in Greenwood, Indiana, was rude and tells me decisions are above herm still waiting to hear from someone else. Very disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with some living room furniture for my new house. They came out numerous times to deliver my item. On 2 occasions the product had marks on it, one time a tear, 1 time no show, 1 time came but did not have product and also they sent wrong item 3 different times. This was all after it was inspected before delivery. All the deliveries had to be during the week because they only deliver to my area one day out of the week. You would think they would have worked more with the customer on this due to their error. Terrible service and cost me, the customer, money and time due to the insufficient deliveries and constantly having to communicate with the company via phone and in-sore to attempt to get the situation fixed. On one occasion the delivery driver called to get the situation fixed and he was spoken to very disrespectfully. They never fixed the situation and claimed they could not after their several mistakes. They just said something to the effect of we obviously just can't get it right. I ended up returning merchandise and eventually got refund which does not make up for the fact that I actually lost out and it actually cost me money by going to Bob's for my furniture. Quality of product was terrible as well. I also bought another piece of furniture that I unfortunately could not find elsewhere or I would have just taken that back as well out of principle. Will never go here again and I advise to stay away!!!!
