Disappointed in an eight-hundred-dollar recliner delivered 2 days ago. Eight months ago I bought a TEMU recliner and I am replacing it with a recliner from MyBobs. MYBOBS RECLINER DEFECTS: 1. Heat and message minimal function. 2. Safety? I have to unplug to turn off the control when taking a nap. 3. Side pocket is too close to the floor. I cannot reach it from a reclining position. 4. The foot rest does not elevate enough in a sitting position. 5. The Lift function rocks the chair side to side as if it's off balance. 6. Back and seat are hard. I'm hopeful it needs to break in, I will try it for a week. TEMU RECLINER DEFECTS: 1. The second week the seat and back got lumpy and hard from the massage and heat wiring built in. 2. The third week the foot rest became more difficult to push down and lock into the chair when I wanted to get up. 3. At the beginning I had difficulty with the back of the seat. I thought it was just stiff because it was new. It wasn't that, it just became more and more stiff eventually it would not recline without extreme effort. The lack of quality control on items from overseas is becoming very evident. I am not in the habit of spending good money after bad. You may be hearing from me requesting a return. I really hope you do not follow TEMU'S un-American policies on returns.
